Privacy Policy

1. Overview

MBCZ does not harvest, sell, or compromise user data through this marketing website.

This Privacy Policy describes how MBCZ ("we") handles information when you visit https://mbcz.xyz. This Site is our studio presence and hosts checkout for select MBCZ products. Product apps (for example stonkz.space) have their own privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider (Vercel) may automatically collect standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamps. We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the Site.

If you email us at contact@mbcz.xyz, we receive the content of your message and your email address to respond.

3. Checkout & billing

Payments for eligible MBCZ products are processed by our third-party Merchant of Record. The applicable payment provider and terms are shown at checkout. When you complete checkout on https://mbcz.xyz, the Merchant of Record processes payment information. We do not store full card numbers on this Site. The payment provider may set cookies or similar technologies required to complete payment. Product backends (for example Stonkz Cloud) receive subscription status via webhooks, not your full payment details.

4. Cookies

The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies by default. Vercel or your browser may store technically necessary data for delivery and security. Product sites linked from this Site have their own cookie and tracking policies.

5. Third-party links

The Site links to external product and marketplace websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing personal or payment information.

6. Retention

Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's default retention periods. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for legitimate business records.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold. Contact us at contact@mbcz.xyz to make a request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes & contact

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Questions: contact@mbcz.xyz.
