This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from MBCZ ("we", "us") for digital products and SaaS subscriptions sold through https://mbcz.xyz checkout or linked product sites.
14-day refund window (SaaS subscriptions)
For your first paid subscription to an MBCZ SaaS product processed through Paddle (including Stonkz Cloud at stonkz.space), you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the charge date by contacting us at contact@mbcz.xyz. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
After the 14-day window, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
Digital delivery
SaaS access begins when your subscription is activated. The 14-day period starts on the date Paddle charges your payment method for the first subscription payment, not when you first sign in.
Cancellations vs refunds
You may cancel eligible subscriptions through Paddle or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund amounts already paid outside the 14-day window. Access typically continues until the end of the current billing period.
Marketplace & third-party sales
Minecraft plugins and assets sold through Modrinth, SpigotMC, BuiltByBit, or other storefronts are governed by that seller's refund rules. Contact that storefront for those purchases.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can resolve the issue. Unjustified chargebacks may result in revocation of access.
Merchant of record
Payments processed through Paddle on this Site are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd. ("Paddle") as merchant of record. Paddle's standard buyer terms also apply at checkout.
