1. Agreement
By accessing https://mbcz.xyz (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Site is operated by MBCZ, an independent digital studio ("we," "us," or "MBCZ"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Services & products
MBCZ develops and sells digital software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, and premium Minecraft server plugins and assets. Eligible subscriptions are billed through Merchant of Record checkout hosted on this Site. Other purchases may be completed on each product's official website or marketplace (including stonkz.space, phonton.dev, pytxo.com, Modrinth, SpigotMC, and BuiltByBit).
3. Billing
Payments for eligible MBCZ products are processed by our third-party Merchant of Record. The applicable payment provider and terms are shown at checkout. Refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Product-specific terms on linked sites also apply where stated.
4. Delivery
After payment for an eligible SaaS subscription, access is provisioned on the product's official domain (for example stonkz.space). Minecraft plugins and assets purchased through Modrinth, SpigotMC, BuiltByBit, or other listed storefronts are delivered digitally by that marketplace.
5. Refunds
Refunds for digital products are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape it in a manner that impairs service, or use it to misrepresent our products or affiliation.
7. Intellectual property
The Site content, branding, and materials are owned by mbcz or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product names and logos may be trademarks of their respective owners.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MBCZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Indonesia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
